PRE-ORDERS
Please note that our current turnaround time (TAT) is 7–9 weeks, starting from the week the pre-order closes.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on a pre-order basis through Stat N Co. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Registration Information & Details
When placing a pre-order, you’ll need to provide accurate contact information such as your address and billing details. Stat N Co is not responsible for any issues caused by inaccurate or outdated information. You can update your details any time before your order ships by emailing us at statnco@gmail.com.

Payment & Fulfillment Timeline
Payment is charged at the time of purchase. Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or other government fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the promised TAT, you may request a full refund by emailing statnco@gmail.com.

Order Changes
Please consider the turnaround time when selecting sizes. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make modifications or changes.

Cancellation & Refunds
All pre-orders are final sale unless otherwise approved by Stat N Co. Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled and is non-refundable.

In-Stock Items
If you purchase in-stock items together with pre-order items, they will be held and shipped together once the entire order is ready for fulfillment.

Additional Terms & Conditions
All pre-orders are subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Stat N Co. If we do not enforce or exercise any right or provision under these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions, it does not mean we have waived that right or provision.
