Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PARCEL REFUSAL OR RETURN
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. We will NOT refund orders that are refused at the post office or returned without authorization. It is your responsibility to retrieve your purchased goods within the timeframe specified by the shipping agent after their attempt to deliver.
If your package is returned to us, without our authorization, you will be responsible for ALL shipping fees, including the return fee. IF we authorize a refund, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% on your order. A restocking fee of 15% will apply on all seasonal prints.
You must communicate with us within the timeframes mentioned above prior to returning any order fulfilled and shipped by us. It is at our discretion whether or not you are entitled to a refund if your parcel is refused or returned without our authorization.
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that things can change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Orders that are canceled before they are shipped will be refunded minus a 5% cancellation fee.
• This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges and administrative costs.
• Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
