Letter Mail

Items sent via letter mail are not tracked. As such, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items sent through this method. If you require tracking, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address or requests to combine orders may incur an administrative fee ($5).This fee covers additional processing and handling required to accommodate such changes.
